Fort Myers Beach duplex near Sanibel

Our Fort Myers Beach duplex is two homes under one roof line, set up for simple beach-trip stays. Each side has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fort Myers Beach sits on Estero Island, and Sanibel and Captiva are the neighboring islands up the coast, so it is an easy base for beach days and island day trips. Check your map app for the drive on your travel day, because bridge traffic changes it.

The two sides

• The right-side Fort Myers Beach home: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 7.
• The left-side Fort Myers Beach home: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 6.

Traveling with another family? Each side is booked separately, so a larger group can book both sides for the same dates. The maximum stay is 28 nights.

What you get

• Self check-in with a smart lock; check-in 4 PM, checkout 11 AM.
• A gas grill outside (bring or buy your own propane).
• Free on-site parking.
