Extended stay FAQ
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome at all 7 of our homes (no cats), $50 per pet. Tell us about your pet in your inquiry so we can confirm the fit.
Is smoking allowed?
All homes are non-smoking indoors.
What does the cancellation policy look like?
All bookings are non-refundable, and 100% of the total is paid at booking. See our cancellation policy page.
Are utilities really included?
Yes - power, water, and Wi-Fi are included up to a fair-use cap for normal residential use. We'll note the cap in your agreement.
Can the pool be heated?
Yes - pool heating is available on request on pool homes; we'll add it to your quote.
What if there's a hurricane?
We monitor every storm closely and will work with you directly if a named storm affects your stay. Ask us about the current storm policy when you inquire.
