Cape Coral pool home with Gulf access

Cape Coral has hundreds of miles of canals, but not every canal reaches open water. Two of our Cape Coral homes sit on waterfront canals with access to the Gulf of Mexico, and both have a pool. This page is only about those two homes.

The two Gulf-access homes

The maximum stay is 28 nights. Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM, with self check-in using a door code.

Boats, docking and kayaks

You may dock your own boat in the water behind either home, and boats and trailers are welcome during your stay. The boat lift is for the owners only and is not available to guests. Kayaks are kept at both homes and are free to use; they stay on the property. We do not have the dock length, water depth or maximum boat size on file, so if you are bringing a larger boat, send us its length and we will confirm before you book.

The pool

Both homes have a pool. Pool heating is an optional add-on: $50 for up to 3 nights, plus $10 for each night after that, heated to 88°F once paid. The pool needs about three hours after it is treated, and insects after rain are normal in Florida.

Dogs are welcome

Dogs of any breed or size are welcome for $50 per dog. We do not accept cats.

Our other waterfront homes

We would rather say this plainly: our other waterfront homes are on freshwater and are not connected to the Gulf. If a freshwater setting suits you, see our freshwater waterfront rentals. For more waterfront stays, see our canal home overview, or browse pool homes and boating rentals.
