Quotes and reservations

Availability and nightly rates shown on this site are our best current information but are not a binding offer - rates change with demand, and the calendar can lag live bookings. A reservation exists only once we confirm your dates and quote in writing and you complete the agreed payment. Every quote includes the exact total (nightly rate, cleaning fee, taxes) and the cancellation terms for your dates.

House rules

All homes are non-smoking indoors. Pet policies vary by home - two homes officially welcome pets ($50 per pet) and the others consider pets case-by-case. Maximum occupancy per home is listed on each property page and is a safety requirement, not a suggestion.

Photos, text, and reviews shown on this site describe our real homes and real guest feedback. We work to keep everything accurate; if you spot something off, tell us at services@typhuhomes.com and we'll fix it.
