Freshwater waterfront vacation rentals in Cape Coral
Some guests prefer calm, still water to a boat route to open water. Three of our Cape Coral homes are on freshwater, lake and canal side. To be clear, these three homes are not connected to the Gulf of Mexico. If Gulf access matters to you, see our Gulf-access pool homes.
The three freshwater homes
- The 4-bedroom freshwater waterfront pool home: 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 9.
- The 3-bedroom freshwater waterfront pool home with kayaks: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 9.
- The 3-bedroom freshwater waterfront home (no pool): 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 9.
The maximum stay is 28 nights. Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM, with self check-in using a door code.
On the water
You may dock a boat in the water at these homes, and boats and trailers are welcome during your stay. The boat lift is for the owners only. Kayaks are kept at the 3-bedroom pool home only. The 4-bedroom home does not have kayaks. The third waterfront home does not have kayaks.
Pools
The 4-bedroom home has a pool. The 3-bedroom pool home has a pool. Pool heating is an optional add-on: $50 for up to 3 nights, plus $10 for each night after that, heated to 88°F once paid. The third waterfront home has no pool and no pool heating.
Dogs are welcome
Dogs of any breed or size are welcome for $50 per dog. We do not accept cats.

Are these homes connected to the Gulf of Mexico?
No. These three waterfront homes are on freshwater and have no access to the Gulf. Our Gulf-access homes are listed on a separate page.
Can I dock my boat?
Yes, you may dock your boat in the water, and boats and trailers are welcome. The boat lift is for the owners only.
Which of the three homes have a pool?
The 4-bedroom home has a pool. The 3-bedroom pool home has a pool. The third waterfront home has no pool.
Are there kayaks?
One of the pool homes has kayaks that are free to use and stay on the property. The other two homes do not.
How long can I stay?
From 1 to 28 nights. We are only licensed to host reservations of 28 nights or less.
