Why guests book direct with us
The same home, minus the fees
Booking sites add a 14–20% service fee on top of the nightly rate. Booking direct with us skips it — typically $50–$200 back on a week’s stay.
Pools, canals & the beach
3 of our 6 homes have a private pool, 4 sit on the water, and two are minutes from Fort Myers Beach sand.
A real local family, fast replies
You message the people who own and care for these homes. Most questions get an answer within minutes — every day of the week.

Booking direct is simple — and safe
Same protection you’d expect, minus the platform fee. Here’s exactly how it works.
1. Ask — no card needed
Tell us your dates and home. We reply with a written quote showing the exact total (nightly + cleaning + tax) and the cancellation terms, usually within the hour.
2. Pay securely
You pay on a secure checkout page — never a card over email or chat. You get a real, signed rental agreement.
3. Local host on call
You deal with the family that owns and cares for the home — most messages answered within minutes, 7 days a week, before and during your stay.
