Cape Coral winter stays, up to 28 nights

Winter is our busiest season in Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach. Our homes are furnished and ready for a long escape from the cold: stays of up to 28 nights, with Wi-Fi, linens and towels provided and a full kitchen. We are only licensed to host reservations of 28 nights or less, so a stay longer than 28 nights cannot be booked; many guests book two or more separate trips across the season.

Pick your winter base

• The 3-bedroom gulf-access canal home with a pool: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 9.
• The 3-bedroom, 3-bath gulf-access canal home with a pool and kayaks: 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps up to 8.
• The 4-bedroom freshwater waterfront pool home: 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 9.
• The 3-bedroom freshwater waterfront pool home with kayaks: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 9.
• The 3-bedroom freshwater waterfront home (no pool): 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 9.
• The right-side Fort Myers Beach home: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 7.
• The left-side Fort Myers Beach home: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 6.

Making a long stay easier

• Self check-in with a door code; check-in 4 PM, checkout 11 AM.
• Dogs of any breed or size are welcome for $50 per dog.
• Pool heating is an optional add-on: $50 for up to 3 nights, plus $10 for each night after that, heated to 88°F once paid.
• The full price, with all fees, is shown in your quote before you book.
